Fairweather Adventures

Fairweather AdventuresVisitors delight in the exquisite natural beauty and rugged majesty that surrounds them while they vacation here in Glacier Bay and Gustavus, Alaska. There is a special magic here that will stimulate your senses and rekindle child-like wonder and a sense of awe. You and your family will be invigorated while you pursue your favorite outdoor activities: Alaska salmon and halibut fishing, hiking, whale-watching, kayaking, and exploring Glacier Bay National Park.

Named after the lofty snowclad peaks of Glacier Bay’s spectacular Fairweather Range, we offer Alaskan sportfishing and sightseeing adventures and tours that you will never forget.

Enjoy the contagious enthusiasm of the Jim and Julene Kearns family as they offer you their unparalleled experience in fishing and sightseeing in the Glacier Bay National Park area.

Specializing in small groups of up to eight guests we will treat you to some of Alaska’s best salmon and halibut sportfishing amidst the magnificent scenery of this well-known paradise. It’s breathtaking!

Lodging is provided by our own Fairweather Adventures Bed and Breakfast. It is located approximately two miles from the Gustavus Dock and sits in a private two acre meadow surrounded by a towering forest of Sitka Spruce and Western Hemlock. The peaceful setting is ideal for listening to the birds and viewing the wildlife that frequent our area. The B&B has three clean and comfortable guest rooms featuring private baths with overnight accommodations for up to eight persons.
