Biography: My passion for travel started at an early age. As a 3rd generation Travel Agent, you could say I was born into the business. My grandfather started his own agency in 1952 and my father also was a career travel agent. So my travel roots are deep. My many years in the industry have given me first-hand experience working for two airlines, a resort hotel and a wholesale tour operator, in addition to over 11 years as a full-time travel agent.

I have a great love of diverse cultures and people, as well as architecture, interior design and photography. I am an avid golfer and sports fan. I enjoy exploring "off the beaten track" places throughout the US and abroad.

What entices you to vacation? Is it for the culture, the food, the history, or the scenery? Do you want to visit museums or historical sites? Perhaps it is relaxing on a beach or being pampered in a spa? Do you want to try your skills on those famous golf holes or experience the discovery of new places? Whatever your interest, I can ensure that you are traveling to the right areas for the experience you are seeking.

As a professional travel consultant with over 30 years in the travel industry, I can help to truly make your vacation planning stress free. Working closely with each client, I listen to their needs and desires; then make recommendations based on my own experience and education. I can help sort through the multitude of information and options and create lasting memories, one vacation at a time. As I take care of every detail, all you have to do is pack your bags.

Customer Comments:

"Thank you so much. You answered all our questions. Thank you so much for taking so much stress off us. Why would anybody else use a different agent. You are incredible. We are so excited." -Doug L.

"We would like to give you a HUGE thank you for helping us with our Ireland tour. We had an absolute blast! It was so organized and entertaining. We can't wait to go back! Thank you again for going above & beyond our expectation. You're the best!" -Kathy P.

We are here and praising your name every step of the way!!! Things have gone perfectly and we have been very aware of all the work you did upfront to make our time more efficient once we got here. We feel so blessed by your efforts and thought you should know how grateful we are….We have loved every minute of the trip and if you had a dollar for every time we have blessed your name you'd be a rich woman! We are about to go out for our last sidewalk cafe dinner before saying goodbye to this beautiful city. Thanks so much for making our dream trip come true!

"I just wanted to express how much we appreciate your help with our trip to Hawaii, everything worked out very well and we had a great time. Thanks again."

"We wanted to thank you for the arrangements you made for our trip - we had a wonderful time! All the arrangements for pick-ups, tours, etc. went very smoothly! Thanks again for your help in planning this trip!"

"We had the time of our lives!!! And we made every tour in Barcelona and Rome, you'll be happy to know, we couldn't have done this without all your great suggestions and experience."

"Dear Sylvia, thank you so much for all the work that you did for us, above and beyond planning our trip. I don't know if it is appropriate to tip a travel Agent, but I would feel terrible if your extra work for us on your day off and late at night was unrecognized. You were patient and kind indeed, and truly went the extra mile. Everything worked out well in the end; we just needed a little encouragement in the best way to proceed. It was a wonderful trip and we had a great time and were able to see everything we wanted to see plus have a few adventures on the side. Thanks again."

"Great, thanks for the extra effort with our Scottish B & B. We really appreciate it."

"Dear Sylvia, everything was fabulous! Our condo was gorgeous with views to die for. All went smoothly, we did upgrade to first class on San Jose to Maui leg... and we substituted our Hyatt luau for the Old Lahaina luau! The food was authentic and delicious and the show was strictly Hawaiian history and terrific! First class! Thank you so much! Machala!"

"Hello Sylvia We just got on the boat and our room is fantastic. Thank you so much for all your help with the trip, it is wonderful"

"Sylvia, we arrived home and wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time. Everything went without a hitch. It was an amazing trip. Thank you so much for all you did to help us and especially for thinking of us with the chocolate covered strawberries. That was very thoughtful of you. Thanks again and we will for sure come to you for our next cruise or big trip."

"Sylvia was extremely helpful in making recommendations and following up. We had to cancel one of our excursions and Sylvia was prompt in making sure we got our money refunded. She made a recommendation to visit Chichen Itza with an early morning departure and we are SOOOOO glad that we took her advise as this place fills up with tourists really fast and we had the opportunity to be there right as it opened. She also recommended the "Royalton" All Inclusive resort to us for our stay and this was far better than the other resorts that we have stayed at in Cancun. We are very pleased with the service that Sylvia provided us. She also provided us with web sites that we could look at excursions on our own time and then when we decided what was within our price range, she was very helpful in arranging those tours.

"Sylvia was very prompt in getting back with us by phone and E-mail when we had questions. She is very personable and a joy to speak with. From the start, we were aware of her schedule and knew when to expect responses back.

Looking forward to the next trip. Thanks Sylvia for all you have done!"
